  Obituary   VERNON - Troy Monroe, 77, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Mission Garden Memories with the Rev. Fergus Tunnell officiating. Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis, N.M. Troy was born May 18, 1931, to Joe and Neely McKinley Monroe. He married Linda McNutt on May 24, 1997, in Vernon. Survivors include his wife; a son, Randy Monroe of Colorado; a daughter, Jan Littlejohn of Clovis; a stepson, Micheal Edwards; and seven grandchildren.
