  Obituary   Sherry Kay Norris Geering, 49, of Joshua passed away Friday, Nov. 6, 2015, in Dallas. Service: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Burleson Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Sherry was born Nov. 27, 1965, in Tyler to Lawrence W. and Linda Lantz Norris. She greatly enjoyed helping others, and her love for art, as an amateur cartoonist. Survivors: Parents; husband, Gary Smith; sons, Jeremy Norris and wife, Jessica, and Jonathan Norris; grandchildren, Kyle, Jeremiah, Matthew, Mason; sister, Cynthia Norris; grandmother, Irene Lantz; nephew, Tristen; and a host of many other loving extended family and friends.
