  Obituary   Patti Sue Tyree, age 57, of Lubbock, returned to the arms of her Savior surrounded by her family on Monday, Oct. 17, 2016. She was born April 14, 1959, to Hubert M. and Jackie L. (Steward) Saunders, in Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from Caprock High School in Amarillo, and earned her associates degree from South Plains College in Radiologic Technology; where she lovingly applied her knowledge and skillset every single day at the Joe Arrington Cancer Center Mammography Center. She was married to Gary Tyree; they were members of Victory Life church. She is preceded in death by her father, Hubert Saunders; and brothers, Harold Saunders and Gary Saunders. She is survived by her husband, Gary; daughters, Andrea (Chad) Hambright, of Lubbock, Tracy (Caleb) Kitchens, of Lubbock; mother, Jackie Saunders, of Ashland, KS; sister, Debbie (Corey) Filson, of Protection, KS; grandchildren, Makaylee Hambright, Landry Hambright, Brylee Hambright, Lilly Kitchens, all of Lubbock; Joe Arrington, her work family, and many close friends she considered family. Visitation will be Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, from 1 to 7 p.m. with family receiving friends from 4 to 7 p.m. at Venue on Broadway, 2202 Broadway Street, Lubbock, TX. Funeral services will be Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016, at 10 a.m. with Dr. Shawn Brewer officiating at Venue on Broadway with interment following.
