      Dorothy was born August 19, 1934 in Grand Saline, TX and passed away on October 13, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Murphrey and son, Micheal McKay. She is survived by her daughter, Darline Murphrey; sisters, Yvonne Bennett and Anne Moore; brother, Eddie Adkins; grandchildren, Travis McKay and Russell McKay; daughter-in-law, Judy McKay and numerous grandchildren. Family visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8:00p.m. at the Funeral Home. Chapel Service will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, October 17, 2021 at Troy Suggs Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor R. Rivera officiating.
