  Obituary   Billy Otho Weston of Alfalfa died Monday of natural causes. He was 73. No services are planned. Mr. Weston was born Oct. 12, 1930, in Spearman, Texas where he was raised and graduated high school. He married Mary (Montell) Weston. Mr. Weston worked as a bread truck driver and as a salesman for Encyclopedia Brittanica, Crooked River Ranch and Oregon Water Wonderland. He enjoyed dogs, reading and fishing. Survivors include his son, Randy of Texas; two stepsons, Steve Sissel of Alfalfa and David Sissel of Stillwater, Okla.; a daughter, Darla Summerville of Texas; and four stepdaughters, Barbara Deen of Amarillo, Texas, Jerrie Howe of Dumas, Texas, Dorothy McCall of Powell Butte and Paula Martin of Scappoose. He was preceded in death by his wife and parents. Autumn Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
