  Obituary   BROWNFIELD-Funeral services for Audie Fern Lasiter will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, 2016, with Bob Reynolds officiating and Bo Shero assisting. Burial will follow in the Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. Audie passed away Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016, in Brownfield. She was born Nov. 4, 1931, in Lubbock to Ollie Walter McCaughan and Lillie Marie Sansing McCaughan. Audie attended Wolfforth and then Brownfield Schools. She married J.W. Bud Lasiter on Jan. 30, 1948, in Brownfield. Audie was a member of the Brownfield Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bud Lasiter; parents, O.W. and Marie McCaughan; and two sisters, Merle Ray and Betty Nieman. Audie is survived by two sons, Billy Lasiter of Brownfield, Johnny Lasiter and wife, Sandra, of Odessa; daughter, Susan Pickett and husband, Raymond, of Brownfield; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Ida Yowell of Brownfield.   Published in the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal on December 22, 2016.
