  Obituary   HUGHES SPRINGS - Services for Charles Tate, 72, of Pearland, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, September 28, 2007, at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Ron Dyess officiating. Burial will follow in Linden Cemetery of Linden. Mr. Tate died September 24, 2007, in Pearland. Born July 22, 1934, in Linden, he was a Baptist. Survivors include his sons, Stephen Tate and John Charles Tate; brother, Franklin Tate; and sister, Peggy Terry. Published in the Longview News-Journal on 9/27/2007.
