      H. T. Brown, 69 years old, died Tuesday morning at his residence on the Howell Mill road.  The funeral will be held today at Sardis church, interment following in the church yard.  Mr. Brown is survived by a wife and eight children: J. W., N. T., J, H., and George Brown. Mrs. T. M. Walraven, Mrs. S. A. Biggers, Mrs. J. N. Butler, and Mrs. R. W. Rosser.
