Obituary
BELMONT -- Dora Lee Clingan, 74, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2000, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was a native of Alabama, a homemaker and a member of Old Union Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 58 1/2 years, W.A. "Dolphus" Clingan of Belmont; one daughter, Sharon Lucius and her husband, Dwight, of Belmont; two sons, Jerry Clingan and his wife, Mary, of Federal Way, Wash., and Jeff Clingan and his wife, Emma Lou, of Fulton; two sisters, Ida Brown of Russellville, Ala., and Janette Buchanan of Day, Fla.; seven grandchildren, Regina Midgett, Melanie Clingan and Will Clingan, all of Fulton, Timothy Lucius of Belmont, Michelle Clingan of Ridgeland and Jonathan Clingan and Christopher Clingan, both of Federal Way, Wash.; one great-granddaughter, Sidney Leigh Midgett of Fulton; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W.W. and Florence Twitty, and a brother, Willis Twitty Jr.
Pallbearers will be Timothy Lucius, Mike Brown, Paul Clingan, Joey Gassaway, Gene Brown and Keith Buchanan.
