      Funeral services for Mickey Smith, 35, of Levelland are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at First United Methodist Church Levelland with Rev. Rusty Dickerson, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the Ropesville Cemetery under direction of George Price Funeral Home. He died Sunday, September 6, 2009 as the result of an automobile accident in Andrews. The family will receive visitors from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at the funeral home.


      Mickey was born to Joe and Joan Smith on July 7, 1974 in Levelland. He married Melinda Needham on December 6, 2004, in Levelland. He loved singing with his children, enjoyed fishing and being with family and friends. He was an oilfield driller.
