  Obituary   PERNEL E. HINELY PERNEL E. HINELY, 65, of Linwood, died Thursday at the Linwood Convalescent Center. He was a communications specialist at the Federal Aviation Administration Technical Center in Pomona, formerly known as NAFEC. Born in Georgia, Mr. Hinely lived in Linwood for more than 30 years. He is survived by a son, Timothy of Santa Rosa, Calif; four daughters, Jan Higbee of Seaville, Charlotte Hinely of Egg Harbor Township, Michele Spitler of the West Indies and Vanessa Hinely of Northfield; and three granddaughters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Linwood. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing. Arrangements are by the George H. Wimberg Funeral Home, Linwood.
