  Obituary   Hazel Helmly NEWNAN -- Hazel Helmly, 73, died June 23 at Peachtree Regional Hospital. The native of Effingham County was a homemaker and a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church. SURVIVORS: a son and daughter-in-law, David and Jennifer Helmly of Sharpsburg; and two grandchildren, Dane and Samantha Helmly of Sharpsburg. VISITATION: 1:30-2:30 p.m. today at Thomas C.
