  Obituary   Walcher, Clyde Helmly Rincon - Mrs. Clyde Helmly Walcher, 99, died Saturday, March 4, 2006 at her daughter's residence. The Effingham County native was the widow of George Walcher and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She had retired from the Rincon Post Office and had also been a member of the Georgia Salzburger Society, D.A.R., and the Historical Society of Effingham. Survivors include her daughter, Roberta Walcher Dickey of Savannah; a grandson and his wife, David and Virginia Dickey of Rincon; three great-granddaughters, Jacquelyn, Michelle and Kaitlyn Dickey all of Rincon; a sister, Frankie Gnann of Stillwell and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at Mrs. Walcher's residence, 402 N. Carolina Ave, Rincon, GA. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at St. John's Lutheran Church. Interment: Rincon Cemetery. Remembrances may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 270, Rincon, GA 31326. Thomas C.
