      Rushing Sr., George Henry
      Richmond Hill - George Henry Rushing, Sr., 85, died Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at Bryan County Health and Rehabilitation Center.


      He was a life long resident of Richmond Hill and a member of Daniel Baptist Church.


      He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Rushing.


      He is survived by two sons, George H. (Marie) Rushing, Jr. and Chris (Sheri) Rushing, both of Richmond Hill; sister, Virgie Lee Rahn of Savannah ; three grandchildren, Dustin Rushing, Cody Rushing and Angel Dudley, one great-grandchild, Matthew Dudley. Several nieces and nephews also survive.


      Visitation will be Friday, December 2, 2005 from 6-8 p.m., at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel.


      Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, December 3, 2005 at Daniel Baptist Church.


      Burial will follow in the Richmond Hill First Baptist Church Cemetery.
