  Obituary   Zell Neugent, 73, a 10-year-resident of Irving, Texas, and a retired Waitress, passed away at Baylor Medical Center, Irving, on Sunday, June 18, 2000. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, June 21, 2000, 2 p.m., at Donnelly’s Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway, Irving, officiated by the Rev. Patrick Wooten.
