      Patricia A. Hartman
      March 21, 1947 - January 28, 2009


      AUMSVILLE - Our loving Mother was welcomed into Heaven January 28, when her long and courageous fight with breast cancer finally ended. She was surounded with the love of her entire family while she joined God with pride and dignity. Pat was born in San Jose, Calif. on March 21, 1947 to Hollis and Bessie Hartman. she was later joined by brothers, Jimmy and Johnny and sister, Donna. She was raised in California, while there, She met and married Jack Syksberry in 1965 and they had three daughters, Lisa, Annette and Tricia. Shortly before Tricia was born, they moved to Oregon, where she stayed. Pat and Jack later divorced. She will always be an amazing daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. Patricia loved to crochet, knit, and quilt, and no matter where you would see her, she was always working on a project for someone. She was very proud of being a grandmother. She fought very hard to beat her cancer but God was ready for her to come home. She taught us all what it truly meant to be strong and brave, for we are all better people for knowing her. She was very special and she will be greatly missed by many. Pat is survived by her parents, Hollis and Bessie Hartman of Stayton; her daughters and their familys, Lisa and Pat Neal (Josh, Patrick, Brian, and Jake) of Salem, Tricia and Rusty Baccaro (Zack and Wes) of Tualatin, Annette and John Kilburn (Lauren, Ericka, and Brock) of Hubbard; brothers, Jimmy and Rosemary of Woodburn, John Hartman of Stayton; and sister, Donna Hartman of California. Arrangements entrusted to Weddle Funeral Services.
