  Obituary   GRANDFIELD, Okla. (SPecial) - Mrs. Neal Manley, 39, of Randlett, Okla., died Sunday in her home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Randlett Baptist Churchm with the Rev. Darius McKeay of Wichita Falls, officiating.  Burial will be in Randlett Cemetery under direction of Gray Funeral Home. Born Roseline Roper March 13, 1938 in Bowie, Tex., Mrs. Manley lived there until 1968. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mary and Opal, both of the home, and her father Joe Roper of Bowie, Tex.
