      Mrs. Mary Jeanne Cox of Farmersville, Texas passed away May 27, 2014 at her residence. She was born June 12, 1925 in Farmersville, Texas the daughter of Albert W. and Edith Clark Baker. She was a homemaker and a retired secretary for Cello Wrap Printing Company. She married Fred Cox October 24,1943 in Waco, Texas and he preceded her in death. Mary Jeanne was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Farmersville, a member of the Farmersville Garden Club, the Farmersville Historical Society, Greenville antique car club and a member of the Farmersville Ex Students association. She is survived by her children; Tony Cox and wife Glenette of Merit, Texas, Benjee Cox and wife Ellen of Farmersville, Texas and Fredda Doan and husband Rick of Merit, Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren;Elizabeth Pruett, Katherine Wigington, Jency Cox, Victoria Jones, Laura Fennell and Sarah Cox. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and siblings; Pat Mallett Boone of Georgetown, Texas, Barbara Rupe of Garland, Texas and James Baker of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Cox, grandson, Anthony Cox, and sisters; Francis Langley, Mildred Dellow and Jerry Whitaker. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M Friday at the First Baptist Church in Farmersville with Dr. Bart Barber, Dr. Jim Wicker and Rev. Randy Bird officiating. Interment will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Farmersville. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the Hurst's Fielder Baker Funeral Home in Farmersville, Texas.
