      Robert Merrill (Bobby) Nelson Jr., 65, died March 27, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Bobby was born September 20, 1951 in Reidsville, Georgia to Merrill and Ione Dowdy Nelson who preceded him. Bobby developed a love for the parts business at a very early age by his grandfather, Roy Nelson and it continued for his entire life. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend to all. He loved the Lord and his family and was generous to all in need.
      Survivors include:

      Visitation will be Wednesday, March 29, 2017, beginning at 6:00 pm at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 11:00 am from the chapel of
      Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Howard and Bro. James Maund officiating. Burial will follow in Glennville City Cemetery with Masonic Rites.
