Rincon- William Thomas "Billy" Hinely, 78, passed away on April 30, 2012 at Effingham Extended Care Facility after a long illness.

He was born in Savannah, moved with his family to Tampa, FL for a number of years, and later moved back to Effingham County with his family for the remainder of his life.
